Properties
● Bright color, complete chromatogram, and different series to meet the different requirements of nylon fiber dyeing.
● Have good wet fastness, in order to obtain good color fastness in dark colors, it must be fixed after treatment.
● Excellent leveling property, with proper leveling agent to obtain excellent leveling effect.
● In order to achieve a good dyeing effect, it is recommended to select dyes that are close to the customer's shade requirements as the main color when used for bright colors.
Dissolution of dyes (Dissolution)
In order to ensure the quality of dyeing, acid dyes must be fully dissolved before they can be dyed. There are two ways to dissolve them:
① Pour the dye directly and slowly into high-speed stirring hot water (water temperature>80℃) to dissolve
② Make a paste with cold water first, then pour the dye that has been adjusted into a paste into hot water and stir fully
Note:
● The chemical water must be soft water, and the concentration of the chemical must not exceed the maximum solubility of the dye
● Avoid direct heating by steam, because impurities in the steam may cause changes in the shade of some dyes
● The dye solution should be filtered with a filter cloth before adding it to the dye vat to avoid color spots.
